Shipping Policy

At Nature Industries, we know you're excited to get your gear and hit the great outdoors! That's why we're committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.  

 

Processing & Shipping Times

  • We hustle to process orders within 1-3 business days.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, but if you can't wait, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Keep an eye on your inbox!

  • Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude federal holidays within the United States.

 

Shipping Fee’s 

Free ground shipping on orders over $100. Expedited shipping available for an additional fee.

 

Track Your Order

Once the Nature product(s) you have purchased have been processed & shipped you will receive notification your order has been shipped. You will receive tracking information available in the shipping confirmation email sent to the email you used at the checkout.  

 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

 

Returns Policy

We want you to love your gear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we've got you covered.  We accept Returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Products must be in the condition you received them. We will not accept merchandise that's been worn, altered, or washed.   

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect or the return is due to an error on our part.

Please type or print neatly the following information for us to be able to accommodate your request more efficiently:

  • Please provide name, best phone number, email address, return shipping address.

  • Please provide a copy of the proof of purchase.

  • Please provide a brief description of the reason for your return.

  • Please provide as many details as possible.  We always want to know your feedback to help make your future experiences as seamless & stoked as possible.

 

We suggest keeping the tracking information in case there any shipping mishaps or questions regarding your package. 

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our fulfillment center, your refund will be processed. A credit to the original method of payment will be applied within 7 business days. The timing may vary depending on the credit card company.
